Please be kindly noted that our server was going through upgrade from Dec.24 to Dec.28, 2016. It is suggested:
1) the monitoring device needs to get reconnected to the upgraded server through switching off&on;
2) the smartphone APP needs to be updated on Google Play or APP Store. If your phone is set to have automatic update for softwares, then it is not necessary to update manually.
